page title icon The Law of Attraction, and the Inclusion-Based Nature of the Universe

Now, we all know the clichés…

Like, “what we resist, persists” and “we attract to us that which we look at” and so on, do we not?

For a long time I studied all the metaphysical stuff. And one of my favorites is Abraham-Hicks. Abraham teaches,

“This is inclusion-based universe. You can’t yell ‘no’ at something you don’t want without including it in your vibration. And you can’t yell ‘yes’ at something without including it in your vibration.”

I never really understood what that meant for the longest time. How could yelling “no” at something I didn’t want actually attract it to me?

But who was I to disagree. I accepted it at face value because I wanted to have the results promised if used the Law Of Attraction properly. I certainly was tired of unknowingly using the law of attraction to attract shit I didn’t want to me. So I accepted the statement as “truth.”

However, I didn’t truly “get it” until years later.

Now I know in my heart, mind, and soul what it means because I own it. It’s a part of my belief system from direct experience.

Anyway, it’s not at all mysterious, mystical or even complicated.

All it means is what ever you focus on, whatever you look towards is where you’re heading. The reason why you’re attracting it to you is because that’s all you can SEE.

Nothing mystical.

It’s just that’s what you’re filtering to see.

So if you’re focused on what you don’t want to yell “no” at it, you’re gathering gravity towards attracting to you the exact thing you don’t want. That’s what gives it weight. Get it?

You don’t even have to know you’re doing it because it happens regardless if you’re consciously aware you’re doing it or not.

That’s why sometimes you might feel like the Law of Attraction is broken (like, no matter what you try or how hard you work, you can’t break-free of that infinite snap back loop).

Yet you can’t stop the gathering gravity process. The Law of Attraction always works. It has to. Else it wouldn’t be a law, would it.

When it appears not to work, it’s attracting to us what we don’t want, what we fear. It’s working! We just don’t know how our unconscious patterns focuses our attention.

The process of yelling “no” at anything is fighting against it. And that keeps you focused on the problem, right?

What you’re focusing on is the problem.

Well, you can’t look in front of you and behind you simultaneously. You can only look at one completely opposite directions separately.

Right?

So if the problem is in front of you and you study it, focus on it, and give your attention to all aspects of it, what happens?

Doesn’t it become bigger than life?

And, if the perfect solution is just few feet in back of you, it’s impossible to see it until you shift your focus. It doesn’t mean the solution isn’t right there waiting for you, it just means you’ll never be able to see it and move closer and closer to it unless you shift your inner energy to tune into it.

Because can you run forward and backwards at the same time?

No, it’s only one direction at a time.

The Universe includes all: The problem and the solution. It makes room for all. Law of Attraction determines which side of the seesaw you’re actively gathering gravity for.

The key is that the Universe responds to our music, not our words.

When consumed by the pain and suffering experienced from that thing we don’t want, we don’t recognize that fear has captured our attention.

So while your words yell…

“No problem! No Problem! I don’t want you in my life! Go away! I can’t see you, LA-LA-LA-LA-LA, I can’t hear you! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!” —

…at the same your music shows the Universe that you want that problematic situation to continue and grow bigger because that’s gravity you’ve got activated.

Which, of course, just tunes us deeper into the problem.

All we see is more of it because that’s all you’re looking at.

That’s all it means.
